Why should I  add MigraSoothe 400Mg to my migraine treatment plan?

Migraines are a debilitating condition that affects millions of people worldwide. The symptoms of migraines can include intense headaches, nausea, and sensitivity to light and sound. While there are many different treatment options available for migraines, one that is often overlooked is the use of high dose riboflavin, also known as vitamin B2. In this article, we will discuss five reasons why you should consider taking high dose riboflavin as part of your migraine treatment plan.

MigraSoothe (Riboflavin) is a natural remedy

One of the main benefits of riboflavin is that it is a natural remedy. Unlike many prescription medications, MigraSoothe riboflavin is a vitamin that is found in a variety of foods, including eggs, milk, and leafy greens. Taking a high dose of MigraSoothe riboflavin as part of your migraine treatment plan means that you are using a natural remedy that is not likely to cause side effects.

Recommended by the NHS in the United Kingdom

The National Health Service (NHS) in the United Kingdom recognizes the potential benefits of riboflavin for migraine treatment and includes it as a recommended option in their guidelines. This is a strong indication of the effectiveness of MigraSoothe riboflavin as a treatment option, as the NHS is known for its rigorous standards when it comes to evidence-based healthcare.

Riboflavin has been shown to be effective in reducing migraines

Several studies have shown that riboflavin is effective in reducing the frequency and severity of migraines. In one study, participants who took high dose riboflavin (400mg per day) experienced a significant reduction in the number of migraines they had each month. Additionally, the participants reported that their migraines were less severe when they did occur.

MigraSoothe is well-tolerated

Another benefit of MigraSoothe riboflavin is that it is well-tolerated. Unlike some prescription medications, riboflavin is not associated with serious side effects. The most common side effects of riboflavin are mild and include nausea, diarrhea, and an upset stomach. These side effects are usually temporary and go away once the body becomes accustomed to the high dose of riboflavin.

Riboflavin can be taken with other medications

MigraSoothe riboflavin can be taken with other medications, making it a useful addition to your migraine treatment plan. If you are currently taking prescription medications for migraines, you can still take high dose riboflavin without any concerns about interactions. This makes it a great option for people who are looking for an additional treatment to help manage their migraines.

MigraSoothe is inexpensive

Lastly, MigraSoothe riboflavin is an inexpensive treatment option for migraines. MigraSoothe is  relatively inexpensive compared to many prescription medications which can costs tens or even hundreds of pounds.  MigraSoothe costs from 30p per day.

Is MigraSoothe effective for chronic headaches?

How do I know which MigraSoothe is for me?

Are there any side effects while using MigraSoothe?

Since riboflavin contains a unique fluorescent hue, most people will experience yellow-ish discolouration of your urine which is due to the excess Riboflavin vitamin B2 being excreted. This always occurs when taking vitamin B-containing supplements and should be of no concern.

Some users report an energy boost. It is for this reason we do not recommend taking the supplement before bedtime.

On rare occasions, a very small number of users may experience diarrhoea or gastrointestinal disturbances as a side effect of using Riboflavin 400mg. However, these effects usually subside as the body becomes accustomed to the dosage. It is suggested to follow the acclimatization protocol below in such cases.

If you experience side effects

If you experience any side effects from taking MigraSoothe riboflavin, it's important to note that the supplement is made from natural food sources. However, it's possible for some users to experience unexpected effects due to their systems not being used to the energy or changes brought about by Riboflavin. This means that the body needs time to adjust to the new supplement, and the dosage may need to be gradually increased over time to reduce the likelihood of adverse side effects. In such cases, we recommend following an "acclimatization protocol." (This is a similar approach to the ones doctors sometimes use when giving patients new medicines). This protocol involves the following steps:

Supplement Acclimatisation Protocol

By following this acclimatization protocol, you can help your body gradually adjust to the supplement and reduce the likelihood of any adverse side effects.

Do any MigraSoothe products contain Butterbur?

No

Butterbur is a plant that has been traditionally used for medicinal purposes, including the treatment of allergies, asthma, and of course migraines. it is therefor popular with some migraine products.

However, one concern is that butterbur contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids (PAs), which are toxic compounds that can cause liver damage and other serious health problems when consumed over a long period of time. In fact, long-term use of butterbur has been associated with hepatic issues, including liver damage and the development of liver tumors.

While some butterbur products are labeled as "PA-free," it is important to be aware that not all products may be free of these compounds, and it can be difficult to determine the levels of PAs in different butterbur products. Therefor we do not use it in any of our products.
